Privacy policy

Happi Health handles personal data responsibly as a healthcare provider. All your personal information will be held and used in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation 2016/679 (“GDPR”) and national laws implementing GDPR and any legislation that replaces it in whole or in part and any other legislation relating to the protection of personal data.

Additionally, special care is taken in handling and storing personal data securely and comply with usual practice of information security in the field.
In accordance with the act on the status and rights of patients (785/1992) 12 §, recorded data in patient documents include arranging, planning, providing and monitoring of care and treatment as necessary.

Happi Health personal data is only handled by authorized personnel and appropriate position to do so. Happi Health does not transfer your personal data to any third parties apart from registered consent or legislation (785/1992) 13 §. When using partner organizations, Happi Health is responsible for their actions as well in accordance to the General Data Protection Regulations.
