ADHD Help is a five-week therapy program with the goal to finding out tools to live with the symptoms of ADHD. This Help is particularly useful for people who find their ADHD symptoms hamper their work performance or life management.
This Help is based on cognitive behavioural therapy and it is designed to be adaptive in order to make it feel like it’s tailor-made for the user.
Each week consists of different themes, informational material, tasks and exercises that help you, along with the help of your therapist, to learn important life skills for coping with the symptoms of ADHD.
You will have a 45 minute video session with your personal therapist every week. With your therapist, you will go through the tasks and execises that you have done that week and your therapist will aid you with additional personal goals.
