The purpose of this task is to learn to recognize and utilize your own strengths as a memorizer and to try new memory techniques.

  • For the task, choose two situations in which you often forget something.
  • Try at least one of the four techniques described in the video.
  • Then come back and report what techniques you used and which ones worked best for you.
