When we think about things that we are grateful of our thoughts turn into positive ones without even noticing
Gratitude brings positive mood and maintains better mental health
For the durance of this week, take a picture everyday of at least one thing or person that you are grateful of. Alternatively you may write the things down or in your phone notepad and at the end of the week take a picture or a screenshot of your notes and add it here. Discuss with your therapist the emotions evoked by this task.
