Accept or change

In this task, decide on which symptoms and challenges you want to accept.

  • Think about acceptable symptoms that do not harm you or your loved ones.
  • After that, your task is to think about the symptoms that create so many challenges in your daily life that they unreasonably stress you and for that reason want to change.

Read the example first and then think about which difficulties you accept in your own life.

"Lily knew that her apartment was constantly out of order and others had often pointed this out to her. However, Lily thought that her home was particularly cozy when it was messy, and it didn't really bother her. This is something Lily did not want to change in her life."
